Of all of the holidays to stay in and cook for yourself, I think Valentine's Day takes the cake! I can't think of another night with as crowded of restaurants and as ambitious of a menu as on Valentine's Day.
So don't go out. Go out next week. Go out when there aren't crowds and you can leisurely enjoy your night out. On February 14th, stay in and cook together.

Every good taco needs a good cocktail! Watch me whip up a spicy little apple margarita that I know you will LOVE!
Spicy Apple Margarita
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 jalapeno, sliced
4 ounces Tree Top Honeycrisp Apple Juice
2 ounces tequila
½ ounce triple sec
½ ounce jalapeno syrup
Combine water, sugar, and jalapeno in a saucepan and simmer until the sugar has melted. Let cool.
Fill a shaker with ice and pour Honeycrisp Apple Juice, tequila, triple sec, and jalapeno syrup. Shake.
Pour contents of the shaker into a margarita glass and garnish with a slice of jalapeno and a slice of apple.
